After sleeping in to somewhat recover from the somewhat never ending drive. We were excited to spend a couple days in Montana with Dustin, Dani and their kids. It was nearing a hundred degrees in Montana so we all packed into Dustin's truck for a short hike into refrigerator canyon. AFter the hike and after barely making it to the gas station the six of us went for a dip in the lake. Taking advantage of a rope swing and after jumping 20 feet off a bridge into the water we headed back for dinner and a campfire on their gorgeous new patio.
The second morning Scott and Dustin went out onto the lake in the kayak's before everyone headed into town. A visit to the Montana Historical Society Museum was fun and informative. Thirsts were high again from the heat and a couple pints and some pizza were had at the famous Lewis and Clark brewery.
Another memorable day in Montana was capped off by good company around the campfire.
