Chile Day 28 - Santa Cruz Wineries Part Deux

Today was a more relaxing day of wine tasting in the valley.  Due to the proximity of the places we would visit we relied on our feet and Uber to get us to the wineries we wanted to visit.  The first stop was at a quaint little winery by the name of Laura Hartwig.  The tasting here was a la carte so we ended up trying 6 of their wines and strolled through the cacti and vines surrounding the tasting room.  We walked up the road to the somewhat touristy but pretty nice restaurant Bello Vino for lunch.

Following lunch we caught another uber out to a lovely and large winery, Montgras.  We hung out for a while waiting for a tasting and enjoyed basking in the late day sun as we wandered around the property waiting for an uber back to the hotel.

We had dinner at a lovely Peruvian restaurant that overlooked some of the vines surrounding Santa Cruz.  Once again we enjoyed a bottle of wine that we had purchased during the day back at our accommodation.

Scott might be able to convince Tori to go to Patagonia again if there are days spent in wine country following days of trekking.
