After spending the night in Denver we headed to the airport to drop Kieran off at the airport for his flight home.
Tori and I, stopped for some breakfast, washed and repacked the car, and then set the GPS to Red Rocks where we checked out the famous amphitheatre.
Around noon we found our way to Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoyed the drive through to our campsite.
We setup camp and ventured back up to the Alpine Tundra, stopping at a few lookout points along the way. An hour long walk at over 12000 feet provided an appetite for dinner, so we returned to camp, ate, and relaxed by a campfire.
