Thailand Day 9 - Off to Krabi - SEAsia Day 103

Another travel day with an early start, this one not as early as most but still early when in vacation mode.  We were given a tuk tuk ride to a pier and caught a long boat to a small fishing town.  It was a bit of an adventure as the minivan that was supposed to meet us when we arrived failed to show up.  Several phone calls later we managed to get a ride half way to Koh Jum and then another ride from there.  Being lazy and having eaten traditional food for nearly every meal for the past week we grabbed some McDonalds that was very close to the hotel for lunch and then wandered down to the beach for the afternoon.  The beach here was much busier than Koh Jum but impressive due to the stunning views of the Krabi cliffs.

We returned to the hotel and cleaned up then went on a walk through some of the shops.  Tori found a good deal on a backpack that she had been eyeing since our first few days in Bangkok.  We found an outdoor food court and ordered some food for dinner.  Scott had a bbq squid, and Tori had to order several times to get curry that was not spicy.  Even using google translate to say not spicy, no chiles there was still chile's in the third attempt and she dealt with the burning lips to eat.

The day was capped off with Thai massages and an early night in bed to be ready for a tour the following day.
