Having arrived late and with rain still persisting at the tail end of the storm that had passed over night we slept in. We did laundry at our hostel and then found lunch at วันจันทร์ One Chun a delicious Thai restaurant. The rain was still persisting so we returned to the hotel. Tori took a nap and after a while Scott wandered around the old town during a break in the rain. In the evening we made our way up to the weekend market and had a delicious bowl of beef bone noodle soup. Not the greatest way to start our adventure in the Thai islands but the weather could only get better.
