We slept in and then made our way to lunch before dropping our bags at another hotel for our next night. We wandered through the shops of Maastricht before spending a few hours at cool coffee shop/ bike shop named Alley Cat. A few more stores were visited before finding some dinner at a popular student run restaurant, the Lab, and then a couple of beers at a small pub next our hotel before calling it a day. A much needed day of rest and relaxation before the next couple weeks of expected busyness.
